Full Menu Description

Artisan Bread Basket
— Parisian style baguette with whipped garlic truffle butter and house made cornbread cake with brown sugar cinnamon butter

1) Choice of salad or soup

  • BC Salad– mixed greens and poppy seed vinaigrette OR
  • Tomato Basil soup

2) Choice of entree

  • Capellini Puttanesca Pasta — scallion tomato ragout, spinach, capers, black olives, chili flakes, and Parmesan cheese
  • Roasted Maple Leaf Farms Duck Leg– fig orange marmalade glaze and Parmesan mashed potatoes
  • Blackened Atlantic Salmon– Michigan apple pico de gallo and brown rice
  • Grilled 6 oz Filet Migon– smoked bacon ragout sauce and Parmesan mashed potatoes

3) Choice of Dessert

  • Imported Chocolate Mousse Cup with Berries
  • New York Cheesecake
